CHAMPIONSHIP 2018

   2018香港手沖咖啡大賽歷時4天,由40位咖啡師選手於2018年12月5-6日進行兩天沖煮自選咖啡豆(open services)初賽。最高分12位選手進入2019年1月18日半凖決賽,形式以大會指定咖啡豆沖煮(compulsory services)。

   排名前六位選手進入總決賽,再次以自選咖啡豆沖煮向評審展示自己的咖啡理念。最終成績由自選及大會指定咖啡豆合併計算,冠軍由來自 Craft Coffee Roaster 的 Kwong Wai Ho勝出。代表香港到美國波士頓4月舉行的World Brewers Cup Championship競逐世界冠軍。

1st runner-up: Kapo Chiu ,Cupping Room Coffee Roasters

Method: Dripper - Melitta ( ceramic )

Beans: Colombia, CERRO AZUL, Gesha X.O. Natural

2nd runner-up: Cheng Sai Wa ,  Accro Coffee

Method: Hario V60 ( ceramic )

Beans: Panama, Morgan Estate Geisha, Natural

4th place: Eunice Ho , Orli Coffeeworks

Method: Hario V60 ( glass )

 

5th place: Hasting Ng , Urban Coffee Roaster

Method: Dripper - Hario V60 ( ceramic )

 

6th place: Wong Hing Yee , Studio Caffeine

Method: Kalita Wave ( metal )
