Sugar Shakerato
  • Espresso: 2 shot

  • Black Sugar Syrup: 30ml

  • Aged Rum: 45ml

  • Fresh Lime: 2 slice

  • Method: Shake

  • Garnish:

  • Lavender

  • Olive + Lemon peel + Lime slice

  • Rim: Black Sugar

 Cascara Red Snapper 
  • Fresh Tomato Juice: 45ml

  • London Dry Gin: 45ml

  • Cascara Tea: 120ml

  • Honey Syrup: 30ml

  • (honey 15ml mix warm water 15ml)

  • Fresh Tomato Juice: 45ml

  • Spicy Sauce + Black Pepper + Celery salt

  • Soda Water: 60ml

  • Method: Building

  • Garnish: 

  • Fresh Lime

  • Rim: Black Pepper, cayenne pepper, celery salt
